The World Of Evidence
That Nature Presents

The phenomena of relativity in nature is such
overwhelming evidence
that our tendency is to look no further. But there is much more evidence.
If the final irreducible constituent of all physical reality is the
electromagnetic field, there will be evidence of that everywhere we look.
And conversely there will be no irrefutable evidence to the contrary.
We maintain that is the case. Most of this evidence was known at the
turn of the 20th century. None of that evidence was ever shown to be false.
We can dismiss the most obvious objection. We have already proven it invalid.
The first thing most folks list as evidence contrary to electromagnetic unification is
that the four forces of nature are distinctly different.
But as we have shown in
Photon Theory,
it is quite easy to develop consistent unification theories
using known electromagnetic phenomena. The four forces are simply different
manifestations of electromagnetic phenomena.
Professor Willis Thompson
of San Diego State University shows that quiet easily.
The phenomena of Mass in nature is the result of two characteristics of
the electromagnetic field that are easily detected and measured. The two
characteristics are resonance and positive feedback. Positive feedback tends
to bend the path of a photon of energy and at a certain bend radius, resonance
can snap a photon into a stable pattern as
Professor Thompson
points out.
Dr. Robert Kemp
of Hughes Aircraft Corp shows us that Maxwell's Equations can be interpreted
as Quantum effects and so produce photons that condense into matter. Dr.
Kemp makes reference to
The Square of the Shells
as a self consistent theory of that, although Dr. Kemp has a slightly different
notion of exactly how it does work.
Daniel Kirchmann
has put together a list of academics who are actively pursuing
electromagnetic unification of the forces. He is convinced that such a
unification is quite possible, and has put together a theory of his own.
In addition to our own web sites on Kirchmann's list is that of
Dr. Albrecht Giese, who points out that
Relativity Phenomena:
1. Physical objects contract
2. Clocks change their speed (and so their time indications)
3. Masses increase
And: Every measurement of the speed of light 'c' has the same result. This can be taken as the origin of the above phenomena (Einstein). Or, the other way around: The measured constancy of the speed of light is the consequence of the three phenomena above (Lorentz).

indicating that Albert Einstein's account of Relativity Phenomena is not
the preferred method, he cites the Lorentz method. Both methods use the same
equations; those developed by Lorentz, Fitzgerald, and Poincare all of whom
as a matter of fact, thought that:
|
The final irreducible constituent of all physical reality is the electromagnetic
field. There is not now, nor has there ever been any evidence to the contrary.

Although
James Clerk Maxwell didn't contribute to the Lorentz Aether Theory, cited
second above, he too was a firm believer in the second citation directly above.
Maxwell would probably have completed a successful Unification Theory based upon
electromagnetic phenomena if only he had known about Quantum phenomena.
Since we now know that the Quantum Phenomena are simply the result of points
of saturation within electromagnetic fields, Unification is self completing.
That construct of a photon leads directly to it. Once you describe a photon as
points of electric and magnetic saturation within the photon's own electric
and magnetic fields everything falls into place.
That principle, uniquely right and uniquely simple, is so completely obvious
now that we know it, that it is clear that the universe is built,
and must be built, in just that way and that it could not possibly be otherwise.
That paraphrase from John A Wheeler in
Howcome the Quantum sums it up quite well.
